It doesn't matter that the room the table's in is huge. It doesn't matter that the games are FREE. It doesn't matter that the trashy bisexual girl who invited you AND her girlfriend to the East River Bar plans on taking both of you home once you all get really trashed. NONE OF THAT MATTERS. There is no good reason to EVER play a game of pool here.

UPDATE: As of early December, East River Bar has acquired a brand new pool table, new balls, and 2 new cue sticks. This may sound great, but the table is now $1.50! We don't pay a buck fifty at The Charleston and we won't pay a buck fifty here. And last time we checked, nobody wants to play in a pitch black space.
